At Easy Inflatables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If it’s not quite what you expected, no worries—we’re here to help. Check out our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as when you received it. No exceptions are made to this policy. Boats and Kayaks may arrive on a pallet, the pallet does not need to be returned.
Time Limit for Returns
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving any accessories order and 7-day window only for boat orders and kayak orders. Please make sure to initiate the return process within this timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund.
Shipping Back Your Return
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items to us. Please note that these shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Steps
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an email confirmation. You’ll also be notified whether your refund request is approved or denied.
Important: Please include photos and any relevant information regarding the product. This is a mandatory part of the refund process.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it, and you’ll see the credit reflected on your original payment method. Typically, refunds take about 7 business days.
Need an Exchange?
We only offer exchanges on accessories only. We do not exchange boats or kayaks.
What If It’s Damaged or Defective?
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as expected, please contact us immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may involve providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Why Don’t We Offer Free Returns?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Due to the nature of our products, unless an item arrives significantly damaged or defective, we cannot offer refunds for other reasons. There’s a moderate risk of damage in transit once goods are removed from the original packaging, and unfortunately, the courier takes no responsibility for this. In cases of transit damage during return shipping, we may incur the loss if the return is due to a change of mind or a misunderstanding of the product description.
Do You Offer Free Trials?
We do not offer free trials. Companies that do may resell stock after trial periods. To ensure all our products are brand new, we do not offer trials, but we occasionally hold demonstration events where you can view and test our boats in the water.

Can I Return an Item That Has Been Used?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original packaging. To qualify for a refund, all items must be unused and returned in the condition they arrived.
How Long Does the Refund Process Take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email update. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days, though some banks may take longer to reflect the credit.
What Should I Do if My Return Is Lost in Transit?
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back a return. If the return is lost in transit, we may not be able to process a refund unless it can be traced to your courier service.
Do You Offer Warranties on All Products?
Yes, most of our products come with warranties. Please refer to our warranty policy for details on specific coverage durations for various items, such as pumps, boat bags, and accessories.
Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?
Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
Courier has lost my Parcel
Please wait for the full 14 days for delivery. Your parcel / parcels are fully traced for your convenience with Australia post and Sendle Couriers within Australia. Once an Investigation has started due to a parcel not being delivered on time, we wait for the Investigation with the courier company or Australia Post to be completed. This is a fair and reasonable ask. If your parcel is deemed lost by either carrier a full refund will be given to you within 5 days of the Investigation being completed.
