Shipping Details

Shipping / Freight Costs

Shipping is included in the price of your Inflatable Boat, Kayak and all Accessories listed to any residential or business address in Australia. We also ship directly to anywhere in the world (shipping / freight costs do apply.

Delivery Areas

We ship to most location across Australia, coast to coast free of freight charges. Exclusions do apply, please see below exclusions. We now also ship world wide. (shipping charges do apply)

Production and Shipping TimelineS

  • Custom Built Boat & Kayak Manufacturing:
    All boats and kayaks marked custom built are made to your purchase order. Boats, Kayaks and accessories are manufactured overseas in Europe, Italy, China and Spain depending on your product purchase. Once you place your order, your inflatable boat or kayak will be crafted to your purchase order details. We offer full transparence in regards to production photos, whilst your boat is being built. We can also custom fit Bimini points, davit points for sports and tender boats, rod holders and other accessories whilst in production, you only pay for the item required to be Installed.
  • Estimated Boat & Kayak Production Time: 10 - 14 days (build time)
  • Australian Accessories Freight / Shipping Times: All accessories are shipped within 2 - 3 days of you placing an order with us. If Easy Inflatables does not have stock your oder automatically goes directly to our suppliers for fullfilment. Accessories are shipped via Air-Freight and then locally by Australia Post, Sendle, SpeedX, DHL and FedEX Couriers and will take up to 21 to 30 days for arrival at your designated Australian address. Full tracking of all accessories is available once the products arrive in Australia and cleared by customs. For smaller accessory products arriving in Australia an e-parcel tracking code will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If you order a boat or kayak and have ordered accessories in any boat package deal, all accessories will be shipped together with your boat or kayak purchase. Important: Easy Inflatables cannot be held accountable for shipping delays or products being held up at Custom check points. Please do not contact customer service unless your package is outside of the delivery timeframe above.
  • Delivery Access Policy / Couriers Policy / Responsibility for Access: If the delivery driver cannot locate you or access your building, Easy Inflatables is not responsible for any issues that arise. Communication from Logistics / Courier Company: 1. Once your goods have cleared customs, you will receive updates via text or email including: 2. Confirmation that your products are ready for delivery.
    3. Details for scheduling a delivery day with you.
    4. A link to choose your preferred delivery time and date. Buyers Responsibilities: Ensure open and clear communication with the logistics / courier company regarding your delivery. Check your spam folder if you do not receive notifications from the courier company. Access for Delivery Drivers: Ensure that delivery drivers have proper access to your property at all times. Provide a safe and secure location for leaving goods, especially larger items like boats and kayaks.

  • Australian Delivery Time Boats / Kayaks / Freight Shipping Times:
    All custom built boats and Kayaks take up to 30 - 35 days from the date of your order. If significant holidays, like Chinese New Year or any other holiday occur in the manufacturing country, please allow an additional 10 days. These timelines are estimates only based on our records. Important: Easy Inflatable cannot be held accountable for manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays. Please do not contact customer service unless your boat or kayak fall outside of the delivery timeframe above.

    Free shipping is included for residential and business addresses in Australia only; we do not ship to remote locations, camping grounds, holiday parks, hotels or hostels. Please check with us via email ([email protected]) in the first Instance for further Information on remote locations and other shipping exclusion areas if in any doubt. For any forthcoming travel plans, allow at least 40 days for delivery of all boats and kayaks to be on the safe side. We will keep you updated on your goods shipped by air freight via email. Tracking information will only be available once your goods clear customs and goods are in the hands of local courier companies.
  • Australian Delivery Time Hidea and Haswing Outboards:
    For Hidea and Haswing Outboards, these engines are sent via road freight from the Hidea Melbourne factory within 2 working days of you placing your order. These engines are sent direct to Easy Inflatables for a pre-Inspection and certification checks. You will have your new outboard delivered to your home or office address within 10 to 14 days of placing your order with us. Free pick up is also available from our office address for all Haswing and Hidea Outboards.
  • International Shipping:
    Please contact us for a quotation on any boat or kayak on this website in the first instance. We will then give you a free boat or kayak quotation and give you air-freight shipping prices and any other duty and or taxes payable. All boats and kayaks are preferably delivered to a residential or business address in your country. Due to the nature of our products sometimes we can only deliver to local International airports for pick up of goods, as postcodes are not available in some countries for local delivery. We use FedEx and other well known air-freight companies to deliver boats and accessories internationally.

    All boats and kayaks are European certified to the highest build standards for your extra piece of mind. Certification body: 0407 Certified CE ISO 9001. Approved by Stituto Giordano, Italy 20/07/2017.
