All accessory parts come with a 1-year warranty period:
Pumps, Boat Bags, Anchors, Boat Covers, Biminis and Underseat Bags, Bow bags, Rod Holders etc– These items are covered under a 1-Year Warranty, designed to protect against any manufacturer defects within the first year of ownership. Although they’re crafted for durability, they experience more frequent wear and tear, so we want to ensure you have peace of mind for this period.
This warranty is exclusively for customers who purchase directly from Easy Inflatables. To keep your warranty valid, please perform the regular maintenance and care recommended in our Operation and Maintenance Manual.
Note: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the boat to us for warranty repairs. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your claim.
Limitation of Liability: Easy Inflatables is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages from using our boats. Our maximum liability for warranty claims is the purchase price paid for the product.
Boat Warranty Repairs: Small warranty repairs will be carried out by our repair contract team based in NSW. For larger warranty repairs a new boat or kayak will be shipped to you free of any charges within 30 days of the replacement claim being accepted.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Commercial or Racing Use: These boats are designed for leisure.
Sun Damage: Resulting from improper storage.
Excessive Engine Power: and Weight: Running an engine too powerful for your boat, and not the recommended horse powered engine.
Misuse or Neglect: Including improper docking, towing, or storage.
Damage from Collisions or Punctures
Modifications to the Product: Alterations void the warranty.
Corrosion or Wear and Tear: Due to lack of maintenance.
Pre-Owned or Demo Boats
Lack of preventative maintenance | Consequential Damage or Normal Aging: Such as sand in valves, not washing down your boat and kayak after use or wear over time.
Over Inflation: Boats and Kayaks have manufacturers inflation pressure guidelines for optimal performance of your boat or kayak. Extreme warm weather can also self inflate your boat or kayak to pressures outside of the manufacturer’s guidelines and can cause permanent damage to the tubes of your boat or kayak. You are not covered under warranty by this condition. You may not also be covered by your Insurance company, it’s worth checking with them in the first Instance. We highly recommend checking and removing air from the chambers of your boat or kayak in above average temperature conditions back to the manufactures optimal pressure guidelines.
