Custom Build Process

This product is custom-built to order.
Before production begins, a Consumer Purchase Agreement must be reviewed and acknowledged. Once your order is placed, an electronic DocuSign agreement will be sent to you via email.

 Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order
• Deposits are accepted via EFT, credit card, or debit card
• The remaining 50% balance is payable via EFT (bank transfer)
• Final payment must be received prior to dispatch

 Production & Delivery Timeframes

No rushed production. No corner cutting. Each boat is built to order to ensure quality, finish and structural integrity meet our standards.

Delivery time: approximately 2 weeks after production completion
Total estimated turnaround: ~4–5 weeks

Quality takes time — and this is a boat you’ll own for years, not seasons.

In some circumstances (including supplier workload, logistics, or customs clearance), delays of up to an additional 3 weeks may occur — particularly during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year.
