 IMPORTANT — CUSTOM BUILD PRODUCT NOTICE

This product is custom-built to order. A Consumer Purchase Agreement must be acknowledged and signed before production begins. An electronic Docusign document will be sent via email on placing your boat order.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order

• Deposit payments are accepted by EFT/credit/debit card only

• The remaining 50% balance is payable via EFT (bank transfer) and must be received prior to dispatch

Production & Delivery Timeframes

• Production time: approximately 2.5 weeks from order confirmation

• Delivery time: approximately 2 weeks after production is completed

• In some circumstances (including supplier workload, logistics, or customs clearance), delays of up to an additional 3 weeks may occur (especially over the Christmas and new year periods, please have all orders in prior to the 15th November of each year to avoid any delays)

These timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Once production has commenced, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable, as costs are immediately incurred for materials and labour specific to your custom order.
