Shipping / Freight Costs

Shipping is included in the price of your Inflatable Boat, Kayak for new builds only and all Accessories listed. We deliver to any residential or business address in Australia. We also ship directly to anywhere in the world (shipping / freight costs do apply. Hidea Outboards incur seperate delivery and GST fees, as they are supplied by a third party.

Delivery Areas

We ship to most location across Australia, coast to coast free of freight charges. Exclusions do apply, please see below exclusions. We now also ship world wide. (shipping charges do apply)

Production and Shipping TimelineS

  • Custom Built Boat & Kayak Manufacturing:
    All boats and kayaks marked Custom Built are made to your exact purchase order. Manufacturing locations vary by product and may include Europe, Italy, China, and Spain. You’ll see some production photos during build, and we can customise fitments (Bimini points, davit points, rod holders, and other accessories) during production. You only pay for the items you install. Production Time Estimated build time: 10–14 days.
  • Estimated Boat & Kayak Production Time: 10 - 14 days (build time)
  • Australian Accessories Freight / Shipping Times: Accessories ship within 2–3 days of order. If stock isn’t available, we’ll fulfil via our suppliers. Shipping method: Air freight to Australia, then local delivery by Australia Post Parcel Post (no express post). Typical delivery: up to 30 days to your Australian address. Full tracking is provided once accessories arrive in Australia and clear customs. Smaller items receive an e-parcel tracking code when available. If you order a boat/kayak with accessory bundles, accessories ship together with the boat/kayak. Important: We’re not liable for shipping delays or customs hold-ups. If your delivery is late, contact us only if it’s outside the stated timeframes.
  • Delivery Access Policy / Couriers Policy /Responsibility for Access:
    Delivery drivers must have access to your premises. If access is denied, Easy Inflatables isn’t responsible for resulting issues. We only coordinate with the logistics/courier company; shipping is arranged through independent agencies. You’ll receive updates after customs clearance only, including: Confirmation your products are ready for delivery, Delivery scheduling details A link to choose a delivery time. Buyer Responsibilities Maintain open communication with the logistics/courier company. Check spam for courier updates. Ensure secure access for delivery drivers and provide a safe region to leave large items if you’re not home. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Australian Delivery Time Boats / Kayaks / Freight Shipping Times Custom built boats / kayaks: can take up to up to 40 days from order date. If major holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year and Christmas time) impact manufacturing and customs scanning of all goods into the country, allow an additional 15 - 20 days in these time periods. Demonstration or second-hand boats/kayaks do not include delivery; they may need to be picked up from our NSW office. Do not contact customer service unless your delivery falls outside the above timeframes. Free shipping is available for residential and business addresses within Australia. Some remote locations (remote areas, camping grounds, holiday parks, hotels, hostels) may be excluded. For remote locations, email [email protected] for guidance. Important: Easy Inflatables are not liable for shipping delays or customs holds ups as this is out of our control. Please be mindful of this when placing an order.
  • Australian Delivery Time Hidea and Haswing Outboards: Outboard engines are shipped by road from the Hidea Melbourne factory within 2 working days of your order. Engines are delivered to Easy Inflatables for pre-inspection and certification checks, then to your home/office within 10–14 days. Free pickup is available from our office for Haswing and Hidea outboards. If your boat package includes an engine, delivery of boat and outboard will occur around the same time as boat completion. Extra delivery fees and GST apply for outboard sales (supplied by a third party).
  • International Shipping: Request a quote for any boat/kayak; we’ll provide a free quotation, air-freight pricing, and any duties/taxes payable. We prefer delivering to residential or business addresses, but some destinations may require pickup at local international airports. We use FedEx and other reputable air-freight partners for international shipping.   • CE / EU European / Australian Builders Plate Exception Certification Details: All boats are European-certified to high build standards. Certification body: 0407; CE ISO 9001 compliant, approved by Istituto Giordano, Italy (2017). In NSW and some states, a Boat Code Certificate may still be required for the HIN. Fees range from $92–$150. Mobile certifiers are available locally.
