We are committed to providing a shipping experience that is clear, professional, and transparent from the time you order through to final delivery.
Shipping is included in the price of eligible new-build inflatable boats, kayaks, and listed accessories delivered within Australia to standard serviceable locations.
For eligible Australian orders, our standard delivery model is generally DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning normal Australian import handling and standard delivery costs are included by us unless otherwise stated on the product page or quotation.
Where a destination falls outside standard carrier coverage or requires special handling, additional freight charges or an alternative delivery method may apply. This may include a paid DHL Express delivery upgrade, depot collection, or another freight solution depending on product dimensions, carrier availability, and delivery access.
Any such additional charges will be communicated before dispatch. Orders will not be dispatched until a suitable freight method is confirmed for the delivery address.
We also ship internationally; however, international freight charges, destination duties, taxes, customs fees, and local import charges may apply unless specifically quoted otherwise in writing.
We ship to most locations across Australia, coast to coast, with free freight on eligible orders to standard serviceable locations.
Some exclusions may apply for remote, semi-remote, restricted-access, or non-standard delivery locations, including but not limited to islands, rural properties, camping grounds, holiday parks, hotels, hostels, mining regions, and locations requiring ferry transfer, tail-lift service, depot collection, or special handling.
Where a delivery address is deemed non-serviceable under standard DDP freight conditions, an alternative freight solution may be required. This may include a paid DHL Express upgrade, depot collection, or a revised freight quotation.

Our standard service on eligible Australian orders is free Australia-wide delivery to standard serviceable locations, generally supplied on a DDP basis.
This is the default shipping method unless a faster or special freight option is required or approved for the destination.
Where available, buyers can request a paid DHL Express delivery upgrade for selected products.
In some remote or semi-remote locations where standard DDP delivery is not available or not suitable, a DHL Express or other alternative freight upgrade may be required before dispatch can proceed.
Not every product or destination is suitable for standard DDP delivery or DHL Express.

All boats and kayaks marked Custom Built are manufactured to your order. Manufacturing locations vary by product and may include Europe, Italy, China, and Spain.
During production, customers may receive selected progress photos. Depending on the product, we may also be able to customise certain fitments during manufacture, including bimini mounting points, davit points, rod holders, and selected accessories.
Estimated build time is generally 10–14 days, with some custom builds taking 14–20 days depending on product type and configuration.
Once a custom build order has moved into production allocation, factory scheduling, material procurement, freight planning, or dispatch preparation, any deposit, progress payment, or part payment already made remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, including where shipping and delivery timing is later affected by events outside our reasonable control.
Accessories generally ship within 2–3 days of order where stock is available and between 10-14 days for Australia post Parcel Post Delivery to your door. If accessory stock is not immediately available, we will fulfil your order through one of our overseas suppliers, this can take up to maximum 30 days for delivery to your address.
Oversees supplied accessory orders are typically sent by air freight to Australia and then forwarded by Australia Post Parcel Post or another suitable local carrier.
We do not offer Express Post on accessory orders unless separately arranged in writing. Where available, selected accessory items may qualify for a paid DHL Express upgrade.
Typical total delivery time may be up to 30 days to your Australian address, if we fulfil your accessory order from any of our overseas suppliers. Tracking is generally issued once goods arrive in Australia and clear customs. Smaller items may receive an eParcel tracking code when available.
If accessories are purchased together with a boat or kayak package, they may be shipped together with the main order.
Delivery drivers must be able to access your nominated premises. If access is denied, unavailable, or unsafe, Easy Inflatables is not responsible for issues arising from failed or delayed delivery attempts. Additional charges may apply where re-delivery, depot collection, or special handling is required.
Easy Inflatables coordinates with independent logistics and courier providers. Delivery scheduling, timing, and final handover are handled by those carriers once freight has been released into the local delivery system.
Custom built boats and kayaks can take up to 40 days from order date, depending on build and freight conditions.
During major holiday periods such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, and New Year, production schedules and customs scanning can be slower, so customers should allow an additional 15–20 days.
Where a paid DHL Express service is selected and available, transit time may be shorter than standard freight; however, final timing still depends on build completion, customs handling, and courier scheduling.
Demonstration and second-hand boats/kayaks do not include delivery and may need to be collected from our NSW office unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We ask customers not to contact customer service regarding delivery timing unless the order is outside the stated timeframes.
Easy Inflatables is not liable for any shipping delay, freight disruption, customs hold, delivery suspension, failure to deliver on an estimated timeframe, or other logistics interruption where the cause is outside our reasonable control.
This includes, without limitation, war, armed conflict, invasion, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, government action, carrier service interruption, port congestion, port closure, customs intervention, customs inspection delays, freight capacity shortages, factory shutdowns, supplier interruption, raw material shortages, natural disasters, pandemics, and other major global supply chain events. Free Australia-wide shipping is included under standard global freight conditions. In the event of major external disruptions (such as war, port closures, or extreme air-freight increases), any unavoidable additional freight costs may be passed on at cost to customers involved in current dispatch from our manufacturers. We always communicate this clearly before dispatch.
Where any such event affects freight, shipping schedules, routing, customs handling, carrier availability, or final delivery timing, this does not create an automatic right to refund, cancellation, compensation, chargeback, or damages, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where shipping-related commitments have already been made, including freight bookings, customs processing, handling arrangements, production allocation linked to dispatch scheduling, or associated logistics costs, any deposit, progress payment, freight payment, or part payment already made remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Hidea outboards are generally dispatched within 2 working days where stock is available through the applicable supply channel. Engines may be routed via Head Office, distributor stock, or supplier dispatch, and may be delivered to Easy Inflatables for pre-inspection and certification checks before final forwarding to your home or office. Typical delivery timing is approximately 10–14 days, however this timeframe is indicative only and may vary depending on freight movement, inspection timing, customs handling, and final carrier scheduling.
Hidea outboards incur separate delivery and GST charges because they are supplied by a third party. Free pickup is available from our office for eligible Haswing and Hidea outboard orders. Optional freight upgrades may be available on request.
We ship internationally and can provide a shipping quotation for most boats, kayaks, tenders, catamarans, and selected accessories. International freight is generally arranged by quotation based on destination, product dimensions, and the most suitable carrier.
Where suitable, we may use trusted international freight providers including DHL, FedEx, and other approved international carriers. Smaller items may sometimes travel by express courier, while larger products may require air cargo or freight depot collection.
International orders do not automatically include destination-country duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges unless specifically stated in your written quotation.
We prefer delivery to residential or business addresses where possible; however, some destinations may require pickup at a local international airport, customs depot, or freight terminal.
Our boats are built to recognised European standards and supplied with relevant compliance documentation where applicable.
Certification references may include CE standards, ISO 9001 compliance, and approval by Istituto Giordano, Italy. In NSW and some other states, a separate Boat Code Certificate / HIN check may still be required.
Fees for this certificate are generally in the range of $92–$150, with mobile certifiers available in many regions.
