Factory-to-door quality control and compliance checks
Before your boat leaves the factory, we run an eight-point quality control and compliance check against your exact order — fabric, seams, transom, inflation, fittings and pack list — so what arrives at your address is what you paid for.
Build sheet lock
Factory confirms hull colour, length, transom spec, floor type and fittings against your order before fabric is cut.
Fabric spec verification
We cross-check the VALMEX® GSM and thickness rating against the signed-off sample so the hull matches what was promised.
Seam and weld inspection
Every main seam, transom joint and chamber bond is pressure-tested and visually inspected before full inflation.
Transom and fitting stress check
Transom height, backing plate and motor-mount geometry are verified against the rated HP max for your model.
Chamber inflation test
Each air chamber is inflated to operating PSI and held to confirm no creep, leaks or valve faults before the boat is signed off.
Pre-shipment photo pack
We receive factory photos of your actual boat before it leaves, so any issue is caught before freight, not after.
Final pack-list audit
Seats, bags, Bimini, pump and accessories are checked off against your configured package list before the carton seals.
Door-step arrival check

Frequently asked questions
How do I inflate the hard AirDeck floor to 8–10 PSI?
Use the lithium pump only for the first minute, until the floor reaches approximately 2–2.5 PSI. Then change to the supplied manual pump to reach the recommended 8–10 PSI. Do not use the lithium pump to try to reach final AirDeck pressure; it will not work. The lithium pump is suitable for the boat tubes, and their over-inflation valves control excess pressure.
Warranty note: Viper hulls carry a 5 + 2 year hull warranty; AeroCat hulls carry a 5-year limited hull warranty. The Aerowave Adventure Air Tent is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against major defects (fabric, seams and air-pole bladders) — separate from the boat warranty.
