Where are your boats and kayaks made?
All our boats and kayaks are custom made under contract for Aerowave Inflatable Boats Australia. Boats are manufactured in Europe, China, Spain or Italy. Aerowave Boats Australia fully manage your boat build from Stage 1 to completion. Be rest assured you will be getting one of the best Inflatable boats built for purpose. Boats are then air freighted free of charges, delivered to your door all within 30 - 35 days of placing your order. You can also now get 3 - 5 delivery to Australia after boat completion at an additional cost with DHL or FedEx. Contact us for further details.
What grade stainless steel do you use on boat fittings?
For all boats and kayaks we use 316 Stainless Steel
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, you can pay a 50% deposit on any new boat builds or custom built Air-Decks only. Balance is due before shipment. We only accept a deposit via phone orders, online orders and email only.
Are Your Catamarans Wet Or Dry Boats?
Thanks to their lightweight design and raised bow, our Aerowave WaveRunners and Viper series boats quickly lift out of the water, minimising water intake. However, if too much weight is placed at the front or if you're moving slowly in large waves that exceed the boat's sides, a small amount of water might enter. The boats are designed for stability and safety, providing a secure experience even in challenging conditions. Their sleek, modern design ensures ease of handling and quick responsiveness on the water.
Boat Registration?
Yes, you can register your boat in any state of Australia. Simply pick up a boat registration form, fill out the form, provide our tax Invoice / receipt, HIN Number (listed on back of transom) Your ID and our Statement of Conformity letter from the boat builder. All our boats listed conform to the requirements of the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive 2013/53/EU and is listed on the CE plate. In NSW and other states you may still require a Boat Code Certificate, which certifies the HIN number already on the boat. The fee for this process starts from $120.00. Mobile boat code certifiers are also available for this process in your local area. Easy Inflatables are not boat code agents.
How do you handle repairs and warranty claims?
If you believe you have a warranty issue, simply contact the authorised dealer or retailer where you initially purchased your Aerowave Boat. Please provide your contact details, the boat's HIN plate information, and a clear description along with photos and videos of the fault. Once we receive your information, our team will thoroughly review the details to determine the most efficient and hassle-free solution. We may coordinate with local repair specialists to address any issues, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you. As the designers and manufacturers of Aerowave products, we are committed to supporting you directly and getting you back on the water as smoothly and quickly as possible. Your peace of mind is our priority. Under some circumstances your boat may need to be completely replaced under the manufactures warranty. Terms and conditions apply.

Yes we ship our products worldwide. Local Taxes and Import duties will apply in most foreign countries. FedEx or DHL will contact you for any payments owing and finalise delivery for you, direct to your door.
