Heads up — US tariffs: base MFN duty on inflatable boats (HTS 8903.10) is low, but current US administration tariffs on China-origin goods can add significant percentages on top. The carrier will calculate the final amount on arrival and bill you directly. Some categories have exemptions — we can't predict your exact rate, so budget conservatively.

Do you ship from Australia, or direct from the factory?+
All international orders ship direct from our Hong Kong dispatch hub — to the UK, every EU country, and all non-EU destinations worldwide. Same boat, same VALMEX® fabric, same CE certification, just a much shorter freight leg than routing through Australia. That's how we keep landed prices competitive with European-warehoused brands.
Are EU import VAT and duties included in the price?+
Yes — for EU-27 destinations we sell DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The locked EUR price you pay at checkout includes EU import VAT, customs duty and clearance, so nothing extra is owed when the boat arrives at your door. For the UK we charge in GBP and the price is DDU — UK VAT (20%) and duty are payable to DHL on arrival. For Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein we charge in EUR DDU.
How much does international delivery actually cost?+
EU-27, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: a single locked price at checkout — no separate freight line. Every boat ships from our Hong Kong hub via DHL Express (7–14 days). For the rest of the world (USA, Canada, NZ, Asia, Pacific, Middle East, Africa, South America), delivery is quoted individually so the price you approve is the real, final landed cost.
Which countries can buy direct without a quote?+
All 27 EU member states plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Every other destination still needs the 1-day quote form — freight rates and country-specific tariffs change too often for a one-click price to be accurate worldwide.
Can the boat be custom-built for me?+
Yes. Hull colour, accessory pack, floor type, seating layout and outboard pre-rig can all be specified to order. Custom builds dispatch from our Hong Kong hub in 4–6 weeks and ship direct to your door — to the UK, the EU, and all non-EU countries worldwide.
How do I pay from overseas?+
Three options. (1) Card payment via Stripe in your local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, SGD, etc.). (2) Bank wire / international transfer — we send full instructions. (3) For boat packages over AUD $5k we accept 50% deposit + 50% before dispatch.
How long does it take from order to my door?+
Stock boats: 3–5 days to dispatch + 7–21 days Express Delivery depending on country. Custom-spec builds: 4–6 weeks build + delivery. We send tracking from the freight partner the day it ships.
What about warranty if I'm in another country?+
Hull warranty applies worldwide — same 24 months on the boat, lifetime on seams. For repairs we ship parts (air decks, valves, patches) by Express Delivery at our cost during warranty. We have not yet had a hull fault that needed return-to-Australia repair.
