International orders ship direct from our Hong Kong dispatch hub. The boats are Australian designed and manufactured offshore to our specification, then sent to your destination without an unnecessary transit through Australia.

New Zealand and our named Asia/Pacific duty-paid lanes are delivered duty paid — nothing to pay on arrival. EU-27, UK, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and United States orders get free express freight, with local duty and taxes payable to the carrier on arrival. Canada and other paid-freight lanes include freight in checkout or show it separately on a written quote.

Only destinations with verified currency, freight and duty rules can buy through direct checkout. Free-freight lanes are identified on the page. Paid-freight lanes include the verified freight charge; unconfigured destinations require a written quote.

Yes. New Zealand checks out live in NZD, exactly like the United States and the United Kingdom. Freight, NZ GST, clearance and door delivery are all on us — nothing to pay on arrival.

Yes. Hull colour, accessory pack, floor type, seating layout and outboard pre-rig can all be specified to order. Custom builds dispatch from our Hong Kong hub in about three weeks and ship direct to your door — to the UK, the EU, and all non-EU countries worldwide.

Pay by card in your local currency where available, or ask us about an international bank transfer. Eligible build-to-order boats can be paid with a 50% deposit; the balance is due only after the boat is finished and passes quality checks. Ready-stock boats are paid in full.

Ready-stock Vipers are usually delivered within 10–14 days in Australia. For a custom boat, allow up to five days for funds to clear, about three weeks to build (up to four weeks for Hypalon), then up to two weeks for delivery. We confirm your order's progress and tracking when available.

Hull warranty applies worldwide — same 24 months on the boat, lifetime on seams. For repairs we ship parts (air decks, valves, patches) by Express Delivery at our cost during warranty. We have not yet had a hull fault that needed return-to-Australia repair.

We do, and we pay the repairer directly. Contact us first and we source quotes from approved repairers in your country ourselves, then settle parts, labour and transport with them — you are never out of pocket and there is nothing to claim back. If a repair is excessive or won't properly restore the boat, we simply replace the boat and ship you a new one free of charge. Repairs arranged without our prior authorisation can't be covered, so always contact us first; we reply within one business day.

Our boats are plated in the Australian registration format, which carries one extra digit in the date block — for example CN-OCE40003D1525. The European standard (EN ISO 10087) uses 14 characters: two country letters, a hyphen, then twelve characters. The same number in European form simply drops that extra digit, e.g. CN-OCE40003D525 (D = April, 5 = 2025 build year, 25 = model year). The hull is identical; only the way the date block is written differs. Ask us and we'll confirm your boat's number in the 14-character European format in writing. It's stamped on the back of the transom and appears as the serial number on the builder's plate.

Nothing is hidden from owners. Before you order we share a sample Declaration of Conformity with the builder's commercial details removed, purely to protect manufacturing confidentiality. The complete signed Declaration of Conformity — including full builder details — is delivered with the boat in your welcome pack, along with the CE plate, owner's manual and warranty documents.

Only where a promotion's terms explicitly include your country and boat. Expired codes cannot be used. Your checkout shows the current price before you pay.
