An inflatable boat trailer built for inflatable boats

Most trailers on the road are built for fibreglass and aluminium hulls. Rollers press hard points into an inflatable tube, and a keel-roller frame carries the weight in exactly the wrong place. This trailer is the opposite: skid-only, marine-carpeted supports that spread the load along the hull and let you launch and retrieve without grinding the fabric.

It is built here in Australia, hot-dip galvanised locally and assembled in Wetherill Park. Nothing on it is secondhand or ex-display — every trailer is brand new and supplied with 12 months registration included in the price.

Who it suits

Any Aerowave hull up to and including 4.0 metres — Viper, AeroCat, WaveRunner, Sport Series and the Sprint RIB tenders. If you leave your boat inflated in the shed between trips, this is what turns a 30-minute rig-up into a five-minute hitch and go.

Load and weight

• Carries up to 650 kg of boat and gear combined
• 130 kg tare weight, so it tows easily behind a small car or SUV
• Galvanised solid axle with lazy hubs and Dacromet eye-to-slipper springs
• Submersible LED lights with white side markers — legal, sealed, and made to be dunked

Registration and pickup

The A$2,766.50 price includes GST and NSW registration (trailer A$2,245.00 + GST A$224.50, registration A$270.00 + GST A$27.00). You can collect it from the manufacturer at St Marys NSW, or we will arrange a delivery quote to your address — trailer delivery is quoted separately because it depends entirely on where you are.
