AeroWallet — Terms & Conditions

1. What AeroWallet is

AeroWallet is a customer credit balance held by Easy Inflatables against a future boat purchase. It is not a bank account, deposit product, prepaid card, or investment. Balances do not earn interest and are not covered by the Australian Financial Claims Scheme or any external protection scheme.

2. Who can open an AeroWallet

Any customer aged 18 or over with an active Easy Inflatables login, anywhere in the world. One AeroWallet per customer. Deposits are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD). If your card issuer settles in another currency, foreign-exchange conversion is handled by your card issuer at the time of deposit.

3. Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: A$150 (this covers Stripe's payment processing fee so the full amount you deposit lands in your wallet balance).
  • Maximum single deposit: A$10,000.
  • Deposits are processed by Stripe. Your balance is credited only after Stripe confirms the payment has cleared.
  • We do not charge a fee to hold a balance. There is no monthly or annual account fee.

4. The 5% top-up bonus

When you use your AeroWallet balance against the purchase of a new Easy Inflatables boat, we add a bonus equal to 5% of the balance applied, up to a maximum bonus of A$1,000 per boat. Example: A$3,000 applied → A$3,150 credited against the boat price.

The bonus:

  • Applies only to boats sold by Easy Inflatables — not accessories, spares, apparel, Hidea outboards, or any third-party product.
  • Applies only if the balance is applied at the time the boat order is placed. Balances left in AeroWallet after the boat is invoiced are not eligible for the bonus retroactively.
  • Cannot be paid out as cash. If the boat order is later cancelled, the applied balance returns to AeroWallet but the top-up bonus is reversed.

5. No stacking with other discounts

In line with our general "one discount at a time" rule, the AeroWallet balance + 5% top-up bonus cannot be combined with promotional discount codes, the Aerowave Rewards next-boat discount, or any other percentage-off offer on the same boat. We will always apply whichever combination gives you the largest saving.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund of your AeroWallet balance to your original payment card at any time from your account page. Refunds are subject to an administration fee equal to 5% of the balance being refunded. This fee covers card processing costs, currency handling, and staff time.

Example: A$2,000 balance → A$1,900 refunded to your card, A$100 retained as admin fee.

Refunds are actioned within 3 Australian business days of the request being received. If your original card is no longer valid we will contact you to arrange bank transfer instead. Refunds cannot be paid to a card different from the one originally used for deposit, except where required by law.

Balance already applied to a paid boat order is not refundable through AeroWallet — it becomes part of that boat order and is governed by our main Terms & Conditions (boat orders are non-refundable).

7. Interaction with Aerowave Rewards

AeroWallet is a separate program from Aerowave Rewards. Depositing or spending AeroWallet balance does not earn rewards points, and rewards points cannot be converted into AeroWallet balance. You can hold both a rewards account and an AeroWallet.

8. Inactivity

If an AeroWallet has had no deposit or spend activity for 5 consecutive years, we will attempt to contact you at the email address on file. If we cannot reach you within 60 days of that notice, we will refund the balance to the original deposit card, net of the standard 5% administration fee, and close the account.

9. Fraud & abuse

We reserve the right to suspend, close, or refuse a top-up bonus on any AeroWallet where we reasonably believe it has been used for money-laundering, chargeback abuse, or where deposits have been reversed by the cardholder's bank. Balances from reversed deposits will be zeroed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active AeroWallet holders at least 30 days before taking effect. If you don't agree to a change, request a refund before the effective date and the standard 5% admin fee still applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
