Aerowave Rewards — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Easy Inflatables Aerowave Rewards program ("Program"). By joining, you agree to these terms in addition to our main Terms & Conditions of Trade and Privacy Policy.

1. The Program

The Program is a free digital membership operated by Easy Inflatables (Water Taxis Australia Pty Ltd). It is available to any individual worldwide aged 18 or over. There is no physical card issued — your Rewards Card is digital-only and lives in your /account dashboard.

2. Who gets what — Free members vs Boat owners

Anyone can join Aerowave Rewards for free. But some benefits are reserved for customers who have actually purchased an Aerowave boat. This is the honest split:

Free members (no boat yet)

Available immediately on signup:

• Free digital Aerowave Rewards member card with unique member number and barcode
• Earn 1 point per A$1 spent on any accessory or spare-parts order
• 10% off every accessory purchase, capped at A$150 saving per order
• Redeem points at 100 pts = A$1 against accessory orders (up to 50% of order value)
• Members-only early notice of new accessory launches and stock drops
• Free entry to member-only content prize draws (photo/video submissions)

Boat owners (once your Aerowave boat has shipped)

Everything a free member gets, PLUS:

• 10% off Hidea outboards when purchased with or after your boat (owner-only)
• Up to A$650 off your next Aerowave boat (owner-only; capped to protect custom-build margins)
• Tier multipliers on all future earning: 1× Captain, 1.5× Commodore, 2× Admiral
• +35,000 welcome points credited 14 days after your first boat is dispatched (enough for a free LockPro Plus kit)
• Priority access to Aerowave expedition camping trips and owner events
• Free WavePath Pro renewal at Admiral tier (12 months included with every new boat regardless of tier)
• Named on the private owners' wall and eligible for the referral bonus (A$200 credit redeemable on your next Aerowave boat only — not accessories/outboards + 3,000 pts per referred paid order)

Why the split? A free member costs us nothing. A boat is a custom-built product with real manufacturing margin — the bigger owner-only rewards come out of that margin so we can keep the program self-funding.

3. Joining

• Membership is free. Anyone in the world can join at /rewards/join with an email address and name.
• Buying an Aerowave boat or package automatically enrols you as a full boat-owner member.
• Anyone with a previous order placed on or before 13 July 2026 must join as a free member and is not eligible for the boat-owner program, unless their boat is currently being shipped or is delayed in shipping as of 13 July 2026 — in which case they are auto-enrolled as a full boat-owner Captain with points backfilled.
• One membership per email address. Duplicate accounts may be merged at our discretion.

4. Earning points

• 1 point per A$1 spent on paid Easy Inflatables orders, multiplied by your tier (1× / 1.5× / 2×).
• +3,000 points per approved YouTube video submission of your boat.
• +2,000 points per approved Instagram / TikTok / Facebook Reel submission of your boat.
• +1,000 points per approved photo submission or verified photo review.
• +3,000 points plus A$200 boat credit (redeemable only on your next Aerowave boat — not accessories or outboards) for every referred customer whose paid boat order ships.
• +2,000 points every year on the member's birthday (date of birth is optional at signup — supply it to unlock the bonus). Members who supply their DOB also receive a surprise Easy Inflatables accessory (e.g. waterproof phone case) mailed on their birthday.
• Points are calculated on the pre-shipping, pre-tax product value of the order.
• Points from a boat purchase unlock 14 days after factory dispatch to prevent abuse; accessory-order points unlock immediately.

5. Tiers

• Captain — default. 1× points. 10% off accessories. Up to 15% off next boat.
• Commodore — 2+ boats owned OR A$10,000+ lifetime spend. 1.5× points. 12% off accessories. Free express shipping on accessory orders.
• Admiral — 3+ boats owned OR A$20,000+ lifetime spend. 2× points. 15% off accessories. Early access to new models. Free WavePath Pro renewal.

Tier upgrades are automatic. Tiers do not downgrade unless a member requests it or program abuse is detected.

6. Redemption

• Baseline: 100 points = A$1 redeemable at checkout — never as cash.
• Fixed-value rewards are set out in the catalogue at /rewards (e.g. A$50 accessory credit for 5,000 pts; 10% off Hidea outboard for 50,000 pts).
• Points may pay for up to 50% of the value of any accessory order. Boat orders can be reduced by a maximum of A$650 in points (boat-owners only).
• Second-boat and next-boat member discounts are capped at A$650 to protect our custom-build margins. A$650 = 65,000 points at the 100 pts = A$1 baseline. Members can accumulate this via any mix of approved YouTube videos (3,000 pts each), Reels (2,000 pts), photos/reviews (1,000 pts), accessory spend (1 pt/A$1), referrals (3,000 pts + A$200 boat credit per referred paid boat order — boat-only, not accessories) and birthday bonuses (2,000 pts/yr).
• No cash-back. No cheque. No bank transfer. No point-buyout. Points have zero cash value outside of the Program catalogue.

7. No stacking

Only one discount per order. Rewards member discounts, promo codes, points redemptions and daily deals cannot be combined. At checkout you will automatically receive whichever gives the largest saving.

8. Expiry

Membership lasts 2 years from the date your digital card is issued. Any qualifying purchase — an accessory, a Hidea outboard or a boat — inside that window automatically renews your membership for another 2 years from the purchase date. Points themselves expire 24 months after your last qualifying activity (earn or redeem); any activity resets the 24-month clock. Members are notified by email 30 days before points expire.

When a card expires: if 2 years pass with no accessory or boat activity, the card and any remaining points balance expire. You are welcome to rejoin instantly as a free member (10% off accessories only), or upgrade straight to full boat-owner benefits (10% off Hidea, up to A$650 off your next boat) by buying a new Aerowave boat. A new 16-digit member number will be issued on rejoin.

9. Refunds & reversals

• If an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed. Points on other orders are unaffected.
• Aerowave boats remain non-refundable under our main terms; rewards discounts and points redemptions applied to a boat order are not separately refundable.
• If points reversal would push your balance negative, the account is set to zero and no further debt is created.

10. Content submissions & approval

Submit at /rewards/submit. All submissions must be reviewed and approved by Easy Inflatables management before any points are credited. No auto-award. Point schedule (once approved):

• YouTube video of your boat in use (60s+): +3,000 pts
• Instagram / TikTok / Facebook Reel (30s+): +2,000 pts
• Instagram / Facebook grid post with photo: +1,000 pts
• Photo submission (owned original, high-res): +1,000 pts
• Verified written review with photo: +1,250 pts

• By submitting content (video URLs, photos, reviews) you grant Easy Inflatables a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and share the content for marketing purposes.
• You confirm you own or have rights to the content and that all identifiable people have consented.
• Content must feature a genuine Aerowave / Easy Inflatables boat and be safe, on-brand and free of competitor branding.
• Management may reject any submission at their discretion. Rejected submissions earn zero points. Approvals are final; there is no appeal.
• Points are credited within 5 business days of approval. Content-earned points cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. Fraud & program abuse

We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, false submissions, referral farming, or attempts to exploit the Program. Suspension voids any unredeemed points.

12. Changes to the Program

We may modify these terms or the rewards catalogue with 30 days' notice by email and by updating this page. Points already earned will continue to redeem at 100 pts = A$1 for at least 12 months following any material change to redemption rates.
