How long does delivery take?
Metro NSW (Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong): 1–4 business days. Brisbane / Melbourne / Adelaide / Canberra: 3–7 business days. Perth, Darwin, TAS, regional QLD: 5–12 business days. We dispatch within 24 hours of order from our Central Coast NSW warehouse.
Do you ship to remote areas, mining camps and islands?
Yes. We deliver to Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome, Kununurra, Weipa, Thursday Island, Christmas Island and most other remote postcodes. Lead time is longer (10–18 business days) but the price stays the same — still free.
Is express / DHL upgrade available?
Yes — DHL Express upgrade is available at checkout for tracked door-to-door delivery, typically 1–3 business days to any AU capital. Free standard ground freight remains the default.
