As of 1 August 2026, delivery is built into the price of every Aerowave boat and boat package. Your boat is shipped by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS — whichever carrier serves your address best — and delivered within 7–14 days of manufacture, directly to your door. No out-of-pocket expenses: freight, GST, import duty and customs clearance are all covered by us.

Is delivery really free Australia-wide for inflatable boats?
Yes. From 1 August 2026 delivery is included in the price of every Aerowave boat and boat package. Your boat ships by express courier — DHL Express, FedEx or UPS — direct to your door, 7–14 days after it is manufactured. There is no separate freight charge at checkout and no out-of-pocket expenses on arrival: freight, GST, import duty and customs clearance are all covered. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Once your boat is manufactured it is dispatched and delivered within 7–14 days, door-to-door, by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS depending on your address. Manufacturing lead time is quoted separately at the time of order.
Do you ship to remote areas, mining camps and islands?
Yes. We deliver to Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome, Kununurra, Weipa, Thursday Island, Christmas Island and most other remote postcodes. Delivery is included in the boat price nationwide. True remote zones (NT, far-north QLD, remote WA, regional TAS, outback SA) require an extra domestic truck leg and carry a A$600 remote-zone contribution.
Is faster delivery available?
Express courier is now the only service we run — there is nothing to upgrade to. Every boat ships by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, 7–14 days after manufacture, included in the price.
