Top-down flat lay of Aerowave inflatable catamaran pack contents — hull in carry bag, pump, repair kit, air deck, oars
Unboxing guide

What's in the box — unboxing your Aerowave

Every item that arrives the day your boat lands. No surprises, no missing adapters, no "you'll need to buy a pump separately." Here's the full kit.

One sealed, factory-strapped box arrives at your door. Inside is a single navy heavy-duty carry bag holding the boat — and a smaller bag with the pump, oars, repair kit and paperwork. Cut the strap, unzip the bag, and you're fifteen minutes from a fully inflated, ready-to-launch catamaran. Below is the complete pack list so you know exactly what to expect before you ever sign for delivery.

The complete pack list

Heat-welded VALMEX® hull

Rolled and strapped inside the carry bag — German VALMEX® 1.2 mm Heavy-Plus on every Viper, 0.9 mm on AeroCat. Four-step heat-welded seams, factory pressure-tested to 1.5× working PSI.

10 PSI high-pressure drop-stitch air deck floor

Pre-fitted to your boat model. Built with specialised drop-stitch technology and covered in VALMEX non-slip material so you stay planted when standing, fishing and moving around with confidence. Inflates to 10 PSI for a rigid, walk-on floor — no aluminium boards to wrestle, no scuffing the hull.

Hand / foot pump + dual-stage hose

Twin-action foot pump with built-in pressure gauge and the correct valve adapters for both the tubes and the high-pressure deck. Inflates the hull in 6–8 minutes.

Two aluminium oars

Lightweight three-piece oars with marine-grade rowlocks already fitted to the boat. Stowed beside the hull in the carry bag.

Repair & maintenance kit

Colour-matched VALMEX® patches, two-part adhesive, valve wrench and spare valve cores in a zippered navy pouch. Everything you need for a field repair.

Owner manual + warranty card

Printed Aerowave catamaran manual, your CE certification page, model-specific warranty card and a Welcome Pack with care guides and your WavePath Pro activation code.

Day one

Strap, zip, unroll. That's it.

No flat-pack panic. No tools required to assemble. The boat ships fully factory-tested — your job on day one is simply to lay out the hull, plug the pump into the high-pressure deck, and start the timer. Most first-time owners are floating within 15 minutes of opening the bag.

  • All adapters pre-matched to the boat's valves
  • Manual + Welcome Pack on top of the hull, not buried at the bottom
  • Carry bag doubles as your long-term storage bag
