This International Terms of Trade ("International Terms") applies to every quotation, order and supply by Easy Inflatables where the boat or goods are to be delivered to an address outside Australia. It is a schedule to, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions of Trade ("Terms of Trade"), and is read together with our Order, Payment & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy.
Where these International Terms deal with a matter specifically for an international order, they prevail over the general wording of those documents. In every other respect the Terms of Trade apply. Nothing in these International Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your country.
By placing an order, ticking the terms box at checkout, making any payment, signing the Owner Acknowledgement or a WavePay Agreement, or accepting delivery, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these International Terms.
Legally binding contract. Your accepted order and the Terms & Conditions of Trade form a legally binding contract between you and Easy Inflatables. Nothing in this contract excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
Quick summary โ what this means for you
- Two ways to pay. Every boat is paid one of two ways: in full when you order, or by WavePay โ four fortnightly card payments made while your boat is being built, with the boat shipping once all four have cleared. Orders placed before 29 October 2026 with a part payment keep the terms they were placed on.
- Sign your agreements. The Owner Acknowledgement must be signed by working day 3, and WavePay buyers sign the WavePay Agreement from payment 1. Unsigned = order on hold until signed.
- The boat is ours until it is paid for. Your boat remains the property of Easy Inflatables, Australia, until the full price has been received. Once you have paid in full, the boat is yours and we gladly supply whatever paperwork you need (clause 4A).
- Paid in full before release. Your boat is dispatched only once it is finished, has passed its quality check, every required agreement is signed and the full price has cleared.
- Documents follow full payment. The full signed Declaration of Conformity, written HIN confirmation and your updated fully paid tax invoice are issued once the boat is paid in full.
- You never send customs documents yourself. The Declaration of Conformity and the full export and import paperwork travel with your boat in the import pack lodged by our freight forwarding company with the courier, straight to your country's customs. Your copy is for your own records (clause 11.2A).
- Import VAT and duty are paid on import, after your final payment. Proof of VAT follows customs clearance and never holds up a payment.
- Missed payment = build on hold, then default. Each timeline is set out in clause 9.
- Real people. Call +61 2 4335 1603 or email sales@easyinflatables.com.au, Monday to Friday 9amโ5pm and Saturday 9amโ1:30pm, Sydney time.

1. Application and interpretation
1.1 These International Terms apply to every order with a delivery address outside Australia placed with Easy Inflatables. For any order accepted before these International Terms were published, they set out how the Terms of Trade accepted at the time of order are applied to international delivery, payment and documents; they do not change the price, the payment structure or any amount already agreed.
1.2 Capitalised words have the meaning given in the Terms of Trade. "Paid in full" means every amount due on the order โ including any balance, every WavePay payment and any agreed freight difference โ has been received by Easy Inflatables in cleared funds and is not subject to a reversal, dispute or chargeback.
1.3 "Working day" means Monday to Friday in Sydney, Australia, excluding New South Wales public holidays.
1.4 Your order confirmation, Owner Welcome Pack and tax invoice state which contract applies to your boat and how it is being paid.
2. How ordering works for international customers
- Choose your boat and delivery country. The website shows a delivered price for supported countries, or we send you a written quote. Quotes are valid for at least 7 days from the date shown.
- Check out. You tick the box confirming you accept the Terms of Trade, these International Terms, the Order, Payment & Refund Policy and the Warranty Policy, and choose to pay in full or by WavePay. Your order cannot proceed without that tick.
- Order confirmed. We email your order confirmation and tax invoice. Your order is a binding contract from the moment it is placed and a payment is made.
- Sign your agreements. Your Owner Welcome Pack includes the Owner Acknowledgement signature page (clause 8). WavePay buyers also receive the WavePay Agreement after payment 1.
- Build begins. As soon as your order is placed and approved by our suppliers, your build will begin. There is no fixed waiting period or change-of-mind cancellation window, subject to your non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law. On WavePay, the build begins once payment 2 has cleared and the WavePay Agreement is signed.
- Built and quality-checked. Build time depends on the time of year. From October to April, our busiest season, a build takes up to three and a half weeks; in the winter months it's often quicker. Build-time figures are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
- Paid in full. The boat is released for dispatch once it is paid in full and every required agreement is signed.
- Dispatched and tracked. Delivery typically takes 10โ13 days door to door by FedEx, DHL or UPS international express, allowing for our freight forwarder to box the boat. We send you the tracking number.
- Customs clearance in your country, under the duty and tax terms that applied to your destination when you ordered (clause 11).
- Delivered. Your documents are issued as set out in clause 10.
3. Prices, currency and what your price includes
3.1 Currency. International prices may be shown and charged in your local checkout currency. The amount on your order confirmation and tax invoice, in the currency shown, is the amount you owe. Once your order is placed, later exchange-rate movements do not change it.
3.2 Bank fees. Foreign transaction, conversion or international card fees charged by your own bank or card provider are payable by you and are not part of our price. Payment is by card through Stripe, or by another method only where we have agreed to it in writing.
3.3 What the price includes depends on your destination. Your checkout or quote shows which of these applies:
- All-in duty paid (DDP) destinations: freight, import duty, local VAT/GST and customs clearance are included. Nothing further is payable on arrival.
- Free express freight destinations: freight is included; import duty, local VAT/GST and clearance are payable by you to the carrier on arrival.
- Other destinations: freight is shown at checkout or on your quote; import duty, local VAT/GST and clearance are payable by you to the carrier on arrival.
The current list of destinations is in clause 9A-1 of the Terms of Trade and in our Shipping Policy.
3.4 Boats and boat packages are supplied worldwide. Hidea outboard motors and trailers are supplied for delivery within Australia, so they are not part of an international order.
3.5 Obvious errors. We may correct an obvious error in a price, specification or quantity and tell you; you may then confirm or withdraw the order without penalty.
4. Sale Contract and Build Contract
4.1 Sale Contract โ finished boat held in stock. A Sale Contract applies when you buy a boat we already have in stock, exactly as it sits on the shelf. Right now that means the listed Viper boats in Arctic Grey/Black, full package, standard fabric. It is paid in full when you order; WavePay does not apply. Ownership passes to you when your payment clears in full.
4.2 Build Contract โ boat built to your order. A Build Contract applies to any boat we have to build. That means any other colour, Hypalon, boat-only, a model we don't have in stock (for example the Viper 450), or a stock boat the customer wants changed. Your boat is built specifically for you and is not returnable stock.
4.3 If an order has more than one item, each item falls under its own contract. Accessories are a normal sale, paid in full.
4A. Ownership stays with Easy Inflatables until paid in full
4A.1 Retention of title. Your boat, and every item on your order, remains the property of Easy Inflatables, Australia, until the full price and every other amount due on the order has been received by Easy Inflatables in cleared funds. This applies wherever the boat is โ at the factory, in our care, in transit, at customs or with a carrier โ and whichever country it is in.
4A.2 Part payment gives no ownership. A 50% manufacturing deposit, a WavePay payment or any other part payment gives you no ownership of, share in or right to the boat. It is a payment toward the order only (clauses 6 and 7).
4A.3 Until paid in full, nothing else is owed to you. Until the order is paid in full, you are not entitled to require โ and Easy Inflatables is not obliged to provide โ release or dispatch of the boat, ownership or registration papers, the full Declaration of Conformity, HIN confirmation, import or customs documents, changes to the order, or any other benefit of ownership. A request for any of these does not delay, reduce or suspend any payment that is due, and is not a reason to withhold it.
4A.4 No dealing with the boat. Until the order is paid in full, you must not sell, offer for sale, pledge, register or otherwise deal with the boat as its owner, or ask any authority to record you as its owner.
4A.5 Once you have paid in full, the boat is yours. When every amount due has been received in cleared funds, ownership passes to you. Easy Inflatables will then gladly supply the paperwork you reasonably need โ the full signed Declaration of Conformity, HIN confirmation, your fully paid tax invoice and help with documents for registration (clause 10).
4A.6 Reversed payments. A payment that is later reversed, disputed or charged back is treated as not received for the purposes of this clause, and ownership remains with, or returns to, Easy Inflatables to the extent the law allows.
4A.7 Security interest. Easy Inflatables' retention of title and security interest under clause 8 of the Terms of Trade apply to international orders. You agree to sign any document reasonably needed to record or protect that interest in Australia or in your country.
5. Ways to pay
5.1 Every boat is paid one of two ways: in full when you order, or by WavePay โ four fortnightly card payments made while your boat is being built, with the boat shipping once all four have cleared. Orders placed before 29 October 2026 with a part payment keep the terms they were placed on.
5.2 Pay in full. The full delivered price is charged when you order. For a Build Contract, your build begins as soon as the order is placed and approved by our supplier. For a Sale Contract, your boat is set aside for you once payment clears.
5.3 WavePay. Four equal fortnightly card payments, set out in clause 6.
5.4 Every payment is applied to your order only. We do not hold money for other orders, and you may not set off an amount owed on this order against any other claim (Terms of Trade clause 28.23).
6. WavePay for international customers
6.1 WavePay is available on boats and boat packages delivered overseas. Each payment is one quarter of the delivered price, charged in the same checkout currency as payment 1.
6.2 Payment 1 is charged when you save your card. Payments 2, 3 and 4 are charged automatically to the same card every 14 days, without further action from you.
6.3 Build Payments. Payments 1 and 2 (half the price) pay for materials and your build slot. Every WavePay payment is non-refundable once made, because it pays for your custom build (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
6.4 Signed WavePay Agreement. A signed WavePay Agreement is required from payment 1. We send the signing link as soon as payment 1 clears; the build does not start until the agreement is signed, and the plan is paused before payment 2 if it is still unsigned.
6.5 Your boat is dispatched only once all four payments have cleared and the boat has passed its quality check.
6.6 You may pay the remaining payments early at any time. You must keep a valid card on file with enough available funds on each charge date, and update it before it expires.
6.7 WavePay is not a loan or a credit facility, and no interest is charged. If a payment is missed, clause 9.2 applies.
7. Orders placed with a 50% manufacturing deposit (before 29 October 2026)
7.1 Who this clause applies to. This clause applies only to international orders placed before 29 October 2026 on which a 50% deposit was paid. Every order placed from 29 October 2026 is paid in full or by WavePay.
7.2 What the deposit paid for. The 50% deposit paid for the manufacturing of your boat only โ materials, labour and the production slot. It did not pay for the remainder of the order, which includes the export, freight, insurance, any duty and tax prepaid on your behalf, release of your documents and dispatch.
7.3 The remaining 50% balance. The balance is due when your boat is finished and has passed its quality check. We send you written notice that the boat is ready, with the balance tax invoice. Where you authorised it at checkout, the balance is charged to your saved card; otherwise it is paid against the invoice. The balance is payable within 5 days of that notice.
7.4 Nothing is released until the balance clears. The boat remains the property of Easy Inflatables, Australia, until the order is paid in full (clause 4A). It is not dispatched, and ownership does not pass to you, until the balance has cleared. Once it has, the boat is yours and we gladly supply the paperwork you need.
7.5 Your documents are released only once the boat is fully paid off. The full signed Declaration of Conformity, written Hull Identification Number (HIN) confirmation and the other owner documents in clause 10 are issued only once the order is paid in full. Before then, any Declaration of Conformity we supply is an information copy with the manufacturer's details withheld, and it may not be used for registration or import.
7.6 Updated fully paid tax invoice. Once the balance clears, we issue you an updated fully paid tax invoice. It shows the full order value, every payment received (the deposit and the balance) and a nil balance owing, in your order currency. It replaces the deposit invoice for your records, registration and insurance.
7.7 The balance is not conditional on paperwork. A request from you, or from any registration, tax or customs authority, for documents that can only exist after dispatch or import โ for example proof of import VAT, customs clearance papers or registration papers โ does not suspend or delay the balance (Terms of Trade clause 14).
7.8 Early payment. You may pay the balance at any time before the boat is finished. Email sales@easyinflatables.com.au and we send a payment link for the exact amount.
7.9 Non-payment. If the balance is not paid when due, clause 9.3 applies.
8. Signed agreements โ Owner Acknowledgement and WavePay Agreement
8.1 Why signatures are required. Because your boat is built for you, your order is a contract between you and Easy Inflatables. The signed agreements record that contract. They protect you, the customer, and us, the boat builders, and they must be signed before your order can proceed.
8.2 Owner Acknowledgement. Every boat order includes the Owner Acknowledgement โ titled "Owner Acknowledgement & Build Authorisation" for a Build Contract and "Owner Acknowledgement & Sale Contract" for a Sale Contract. It is the signature page of your Owner Welcome Pack, straight after the Order & Refund Policy summary. You can sign and return that page to sales@easyinflatables.com.au, or sign online at easyinflatables.com.au/acknowledge using your order number and email address.
8.3 Deadline โ working day 3. The Owner Acknowledgement must be signed by the 3rd working day after your order, counting the order day as day 1 (for example, an order placed on a Friday must be signed by the following Tuesday). If it is not signed by then, we automatically email you a signing link and your order is placed on hold.
8.4 What a hold means. While an agreement is unsigned: production is halted (or does not start); a finished or stock boat is not dispatched; and delivery estimates move back by the time the order is on hold. A hold does not cancel your order, does not release you from any payment, and does not entitle you to a refund. We remain fully committed to your order, and the hold is lifted as soon as you sign.
8.5 WavePay Agreement. A signed WavePay Agreement is required from payment 1. We send the signing link as soon as payment 1 clears; the build does not start until the agreement is signed, and the plan is paused before payment 2 if it is still unsigned.
8.6 Release of your boat. Your boat is released for dispatch only when every required agreement is signed and the order is paid in full. A signed agreement does not replace a payment, and a payment does not replace a signature.
8.7 Electronic acceptance. Ticking the terms box at checkout, signing online, and returning a signed page by email are each a valid signature and acceptance. We keep a record of the date, time, document version and method of every acceptance and signature.
9. Non-payment โ what happens and when
9.1 Pay in full orders. A boat paid in full at checkout has nothing further to pay unless a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, or an agreed freight difference (clause 11.8) is unpaid. In that case the amount is due within 5 days of our written notice, the order is on hold in the meantime, and clause 9.4 applies if it remains unpaid.
9.2 WavePay โ a scheduled payment fails.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 โ a scheduled payment fails | Your build is paused straight away and we email you. Stripe tries your card again once a day. |
| Days 1โ3 | Card retries continue. Update your card or pay at any time and the build restarts as soon as the payment clears. |
| Day 3 | If the card still fails, we email you an invoice for the missed payment, payable within 5 days. |
| Day 8 | If the invoice is unpaid, the order is in default (clause 9.4 and clause 14 of the Terms of Trade): payments already made are kept and the boat may be sold to another buyer. |
Total period from the first failed payment to default: 8 days (3 days of card retries plus 5 days to pay the invoice). Your build restarts as soon as the payment clears, and your delivery estimate moves back by the same time.
9.3 Deposit orders placed before 29 October 2026 โ the balance is not paid.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 โ boat finished and quality-checked | We send you written notice that your boat is ready, with the balance tax invoice. Where you authorised it, the balance is charged to your saved card. |
| Day 5 | The balance is due. If it has not cleared, we send a final written notice giving a further 5 days to pay. The boat stays with us and storage fees of A$25 per day apply from this day. |
| Day 10 | If the balance is still unpaid, the order is in default: the 50% manufacturing deposit is kept, the boat may be sold to another buyer, and any shortfall is recoverable as a debt. |
Total period from the "boat ready" notice to default: 10 days (5 days to pay, then a final notice giving 5 more days). Easy Inflatables treats these periods as reasonable written notice for the purposes of clause 14 of the Terms of Trade.
9.4 What default means. Once an order is in default, Easy Inflatables may, without limiting its other rights under clause 14 of the Terms of Trade:
- keep the payments already made (including any 50% manufacturing deposit and any WavePay Build Payments);
- sell the boat to another buyer, and recover any shortfall and resale costs from you as a debt;
- withhold the boat and all documents, including the Declaration of Conformity and HIN confirmation;
- charge storage of A$25 per day for a finished boat held for you, and interest on overdue amounts as set out in the Terms of Trade;
- recover reasonable debt-collection and legal costs, in Australia or in your country.
9.5 Reinstatement. If an order in default is paid in full (including any storage fees) before the boat is sold, we may reinstate it at our discretion.
9.6 Notices. Every notice under this clause is sent to the email address on your order, and is treated as received on the day it is sent unless we receive a delivery-failure message. Please keep your email address up to date.
10. Documents โ what you receive and when
| Document | When you receive it |
|---|---|
| Order confirmation and tax invoice | When your order is placed and payment clears. |
| Owner Welcome Pack (including the Owner Acknowledgement signature page) | Shortly after your order is placed. |
| Build progress and finished-boat photos | During the build and once the quality check is passed. |
| Updated fully paid tax invoice | Once the full price has cleared โ it shows every payment received and a nil balance. |
| Full signed Declaration of Conformity | Your copy: only once the boat is paid in full (before then, an information copy with manufacturer details withheld). Customs gets its copy separately, in the import pack our freight forwarder sends with the boat โ you never lodge it yourself. |
| Written Hull Identification Number (HIN) confirmation | Only once the boat is paid in full. |
| Courier tracking number | When the boat is dispatched, which is only after payment in full. |
| Customs import document showing VAT/duty paid (duty-paid destinations) | After the boat has cleared customs in your country. |
| Carrier receipt for VAT/duty (destinations where tax is paid on arrival) | From the carrier, when you pay them on arrival. |
Documents are issued electronically to the email address on your order. Replacement copies can be requested at any time once the order is paid in full.
11. Delivery, customs and import
11.1 You are the consignee. The boat is addressed to you at the delivery address you give us. You must give us your full name, a delivery address the carrier can reach, a mobile number and an email address, and tell us promptly of any change before dispatch.
11.2 Import details. Where your country's customs or the carrier needs an import or tax number, identification or other details (for example an EORI number in the European Union), you must provide them. You must reply to any carrier or customs request within 3 working days. Storage, demurrage or return charges caused by a late reply are payable by you.
11.2A Customs paperwork is handled for you โ not by you. The Declaration of Conformity, commercial invoice and the rest of the export and import documentation are prepared and lodged by our freight forwarding company, and travel with your boat in the import pack handed to the courier (FedEx, DHL or UPS), which presents it to your country's customs. You do not need to give the Declaration of Conformity, or any other import document, to your customs or import authority โ that is not your obligation. The copy of the Declaration of Conformity you receive once your boat is paid in full is for your own records, insurance and registration. If a customs officer or the courier contacts you about paperwork, simply refer them to us at sales@easyinflatables.com.au and we deal with it.
11.3 Duty and tax on arrival. Where duty, VAT/GST or clearance charges are payable on arrival (clause 3.3), you pay them to the carrier. Refusing to pay them does not cancel the order or create a right to a refund.
11.4 Refused or uncollected deliveries. If you refuse delivery, or a boat is left uncollected at customs or at a carrier depot, the order is not cancelled. Return freight, storage, re-delivery and any destruction or disposal charges are payable by you, and payments are not refunded.
11.5 Customs inspections and holds are part of clearance in your country and are outside our control (Terms of Trade clause 10). We keep you informed and help with the documents we hold.
11.6 Delivery estimates. Build and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates (Terms of Trade clause 9).
11.7 When import VAT and duty are paid โ and when you get proof
- Import VAT/GST, duty and customs clearance are charged by the destination country's customs only when the boat arrives in that country and is cleared. Until then there is no VAT to pay and no VAT receipt can exist.
- A boat built to order is shipped only after the balance has been paid in full and has cleared. Import VAT and duty are therefore always paid after the final payment โ never before.
- On duty-paid (DDP) orders, Easy Inflatables pays the import VAT, duty and clearance through the courier when the boat clears customs, and sends the Customer the customs import document showing VAT paid (for example, for registration) once clearance is complete.
- On orders where VAT and duty are payable on arrival, the Customer pays them to the carrier and receives the receipt directly from the carrier.
- Proof of import VAT, customs clearance papers and any other document that only exists once the boat has been imported are supplied after the balance is paid and the boat clears customs. Not having those documents before then is not a reason to delay or withhold the balance.
11.8 Carrier freight increases (fuel and airline surcharges)
- Express courier freight is included in the price of every Boat and Boat Package, based on the carrier's rates when the Order is placed. This clause applies to deliveries within Australia and overseas, for every Order whose Boat has not yet been dispatched.
- Air freight rates can change quickly โ for example through fuel, aviation-fuel or war-risk surcharges. If the carrier's charge to deliver the Customer's Boat rises after the Order is placed, Easy Inflatables absorbs any rise of up to 20% of the included express freight cost.
- If the rise is more than 20%, Easy Inflatables will tell the Customer in writing before dispatch, showing the carrier's increase and the amount above 20%. The Customer then chooses one of two options: (a) pay only the amount above 20% and keep express courier delivery; or (b) have the Boat sent by our standard delivered duty paid (DDP) freight service at no extra cost, which typically takes about three weeks door to door (an estimate, not a guaranteed date). The Boat is still flown into Australia on this service, but tracking along the way is more limited than express courier tracking.
- Nothing extra is ever charged without the Customer's agreement. If the Customer has not chosen within 5 days of our notice, the Boat is sent by the no-extra-cost standard DDP service.
- The boat price, the import duty and tax terms for the destination, and any WavePay schedule are not changed by this clause. Any amount above the absorbed rise is a separate freight payment made before dispatch.
12. Registration and compliance in your country
12.1 Aerowave catamarans are supplied with the manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity to ISO 6185-3 and EU Recreational Craft Directive 2013/53/EU. Every boat carries a 14-character Hull Identification Number (HIN) in the ISO 10087 format.
12.2 Once your order is paid in full, we supply the documents registering authorities normally ask for: the full signed Declaration of Conformity, written HIN confirmation, the fully paid tax invoice and, after customs clearance, proof of import VAT/duty where we paid it (clause 10).
12.3 Registration, licensing, safety equipment and operating rules in your country are your responsibility. Where an authority asks for an additional document, tell us and we will help with what we hold. Requests for documents never delay a payment that is due (clause 7.7 and Terms of Trade clause 14).
13. Inspection, damage and loss in transit
13.1 Inspect your boat when it is delivered. Note any visible damage or missing item on the carrier's delivery paperwork, take photos, and email sales@easyinflatables.com.au as soon as you can (Terms of Trade clause 12). Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
13.2 If a shipment is lost in transit, clause 29 of the Terms of Trade applies: we rebuild and re-dispatch your boat.
14. Warranty and parts for international owners
14.1 Your warranty applies worldwide on the terms in our Warranty Policy, and transfers with the boat to a new owner as set out there.
14.2 Replacement parts are sent to your door by express courier. Inspection, return-freight and repair arrangements are set out in the Warranty Policy.
14.3 Destination-country duties and taxes on replacement parts are payable as set out in clause 3.3 for your country.
15. Changes, cancellations and refunds
15.1 Change of mind. A boat built to your order is not refundable for change of mind, and payments are kept once your build begins. A stock boat under a Sale Contract is not refundable for change of mind. This is subject to any right under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.
15.2 Changing the specification after the build has begun is possible only where the supplier can still make the change; any extra cost is confirmed in writing and paid before dispatch.
15.3 Changing the delivery country after ordering means freight, duty and tax are re-quoted for the new country. We confirm any difference in writing, and it is settled before dispatch. Changing the address after dispatch is subject to the carrier's redirection fees.
15.4 Refunds, where they are due, are paid to the original payment method in the original currency. Exchange-rate differences and bank fees are not reimbursed (Terms of Trade clause 28.22).
15.5 If Easy Inflatables cancels an order other than for your default โ including where we cannot lawfully deliver to your country before production starts โ we refund the payments received.
16. Chargebacks and payment disputes
16.1 Please contact us first about any concern. Raising a chargeback, card dispute or buyer-protection claim for a matter covered by these terms โ including change of mind, a delivery estimate, a document request or a repairable warranty item โ is a breach of these International Terms.
16.2 We will defend any such dispute with the record of your order, tick-box acceptance, signed agreements, payments and correspondence, and may recover the scheme fees, administration and legal costs as a debt (Terms of Trade clause 15). A disputed or reversed payment is treated as unpaid, and clause 9 applies.
17. Sanctions, export controls and lawful supply
17.1 We cannot supply to countries or persons subject to Australian, United Nations or other applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions, and may decline any international order on those grounds.
17.2 You must not re-export the boat to a sanctioned destination or person. Re-export, on-sale or commercial use is also subject to clause 28.26 of the Terms of Trade.
18. Consumer law, governing law, language and notices
18.1 Your consumer rights. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right that cannot be excluded, nothing in these International Terms removes it, and these terms apply to the fullest extent that law allows.
18.2 Governing law. These International Terms and the Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (Terms of Trade clause 25), except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
18.3 Language. These terms are written in English. If we supply a translation for convenience, the English version prevails.
18.4 Notices. Notices to you are sent to the email address on your order. Notices to us go to sales@easyinflatables.com.au or Easy Inflatables, 8A Comito Close, Avoca Beach NSW 2251, Australia.
18.5 Severability. If any part of these International Terms is unenforceable in your country, it is read down or removed to that extent and the rest continues to apply.
19. What happens ifโฆ โ every common scenario
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You pay in full when you order | Your build starts once the supplier approves it. Sign your Owner Acknowledgement within 3 working days so the order is not put on hold. The boat ships after its quality check. |
| You choose WavePay | Four fortnightly card payments in your checkout currency. Sign the WavePay Agreement after payment 1. The build starts once payment 2 has cleared and the agreement is signed; the boat ships once all four have cleared. |
| Your order was placed before 29 October 2026 with a 50% manufacturing deposit | The deposit paid for manufacturing only. The other 50% is due within 5 days of our "boat ready" notice, and the boat ships once it clears (clause 7). |
| You haven't signed the Owner Acknowledgement by working day 3 | We email you a signing link and place the order on hold. We stay committed to your order; it simply resumes as soon as you sign. |
| You haven't signed the WavePay Agreement | The build does not start, and the plan is paused before payment 2 until you sign. |
| A WavePay card payment fails | The build pauses. Card retries for 3 days, then an invoice with 5 days to pay. Unpaid after day 8 = default. |
| The balance on a deposit order is not paid | Final notice at day 5, storage fees from that day, default at day 10: deposit kept and boat may be sold. |
| You ask for paperwork, changes or release of the boat before the balance is paid | The boat is still the property of Easy Inflatables, Australia, until it is paid in full (clause 4A). Pay the balance and the boat is yours, with all the paperwork you need. |
| You have paid in full | The boat is yours. We release it for dispatch and gladly supply the paperwork you reasonably need. |
| You ask for the Declaration of Conformity or HIN papers before paying in full | We can send an information copy with manufacturer details withheld. The full signed documents are released once the boat is paid in full. |
| You think you must give the Declaration of Conformity or import papers to your customs | You don't. Our freight forwarding company sends the full paperwork with your boat in the courier's import pack, straight to customs. Your copy is for your records and registration (clause 11.2A). |
| Your registration or tax office asks for proof of import VAT before the boat ships | That proof only exists after the boat clears customs in your country. We supply it then. It is not a reason to delay any payment. |
| You want to pay the balance or the remaining WavePay payments early | You can, at any time. Email sales@easyinflatables.com.au and we send a payment link for the exact amount. |
| Your card expires or is replaced during WavePay | Update it before the next charge date. A payment that fails because of an old card is treated as a failed payment. |
| Your bank or card company adds foreign transaction or conversion fees | Those fees are between you and your bank and are not part of our price. |
| You want to change the delivery country after ordering | We re-quote freight, duty and tax for the new country. We confirm any difference in writing, and it is settled before dispatch. |
| You change the delivery address after the boat has been dispatched | We ask the carrier to redirect it. Any redirection, storage or re-delivery fee charged by the carrier is payable by you. |
| The carrier or customs asks you for an import number, ID or details | Reply within 3 working days. Delay can cause storage or return charges, which are payable by you. |
| Tax or duty is payable on arrival in your country | You pay the carrier directly, as shown before you paid. Refusing to pay does not cancel the order or create a refund. |
| You refuse delivery or leave the boat uncollected at customs | The order is not cancelled. Return freight, storage, re-delivery and any destruction charges are payable by you, and payments are not refunded. |
| Customs inspects or holds the boat | This is part of clearance and is outside our control (Terms clause 10). We keep you informed and help with documents. |
| The carrier's freight price rises after you order | We absorb a rise of up to 20%. Above that, you choose to pay only the excess or take standard duty-paid delivery at no extra cost (clause 11.8). |
| The boat arrives damaged or a part is missing | Note it on the delivery paperwork if visible, take photos and email us as soon as you can (Terms clause 12). |
| The shipment is lost in transit | We rebuild and re-dispatch under clause 29 of the Terms of Trade. |
| You need a warranty repair or a spare part overseas | Warranty cover applies worldwide. Parts are sent to your door by express courier (clause 14). |
| You change your mind after ordering a boat built for you | Custom-built boats are not refundable for change of mind. Payments are kept, subject to consumer law that cannot be excluded. |
| You lodge a chargeback instead of contacting us | We defend it with the evidence of your order, tick-box acceptance and signed agreements, and recover the costs (clause 16). |
| We cannot lawfully deliver to your country (sanctions or no carrier service) | We tell you as soon as we know. If production has not started, we refund the payments received. |
| An order in default is paid in full before the boat is sold | We may reinstate the order at our discretion, once the overdue amount and any storage fees have cleared. |
| The person who ordered dies, separates, or a business is sold | The order continues to bind the estate, trustee or successor (Terms clause 28.25). We work with the appointed representative. |
