Factory-to-door quality control and compliance checks
Before your boat leaves the factory, we run an eight-point quality control and compliance check against your exact order — fabric, seams, transom, inflation, fittings and pack list — so what arrives at your address is what you paid for.
Build sheet lock
Factory confirms hull colour, length, transom spec, floor type and fittings against your order before fabric is cut.
Fabric spec verification
We cross-check the VALMEX® GSM and thickness rating against the signed-off sample so the hull matches what was promised.
Seam and weld inspection
Every main seam, transom joint and chamber bond is pressure-tested and visually inspected before full inflation.
Transom and fitting stress check
Transom height, backing plate and motor-mount geometry are verified against the rated HP max for your model.
Chamber inflation test
Each air chamber is inflated to operating PSI and held to confirm no creep, leaks or valve faults before the boat is signed off.
Pre-shipment photo pack
We receive factory photos of your actual boat before it leaves, so any issue is caught before freight, not after.
Final pack-list audit
Seats, bags, Bimini, pump and accessories are checked off against your configured package list before the carton seals.
Door-step arrival check
You inspect on delivery. If anything does not match the compliance pack, we sort it — no arguments, no run-around.

What outboard suits the Sprint 350?
Up to 25HP short-shaft. A 15–20HP 4-stroke is the sweet spot.
How is it different to the Sprint 330?
Same true-RIB construction, 200mm longer, higher freeboard, 450kg vs 400kg payload, 25HP vs 20HP. Pick the 350 for 3+ adults or offshore work.
Will it work as a superyacht tender?
Yes — lifting davits and towing eyes are standard.
Hypalon or PVC?
PVC (VALMEX® 1.2mm) suits most owners. Hypalon for tropical/commercial use.
Lead time and delivery?
