Drop the two split rear seats and the whole rig slides straight in — boat, high-pressure Air Deck floor, both aluminium bench seats, the oars, the under-seat bag, the Bimini (pulled apart and packed flat), the 22 PSI lithium pump, a small scud-type anchor and accessories, plus the outboard, fuel tank and life jackets. No trailer, no boat ramp queue. Pull up, carry it down, and you're on the water.

Use the lithium pump only for the first minute, until the floor reaches approximately 2–2.5 PSI. Then switch to the supplied manual pump to reach the recommended 8–10 PSI. Do not use the lithium pump for final AirDeck pressure; it will not bring the floor to 8–10 PSI. The lithium pump is suitable for the boat tubes, where the over-inflation valves control excess pressure.

Factory confirms hull colour, length, transom spec, floor type and fittings against your order before fabric is cut.

We cross-check the VALMEX® GSM and thickness rating against the signed-off sample so the hull matches what was promised.
Seam and weld inspection
Every main seam, transom joint and chamber bond is pressure-tested and visually inspected before full inflation.
Transom and fitting stress check
Transom height, backing plate and motor-mount geometry are verified against the rated HP max for your model.
Chamber inflation test
Each air chamber is inflated to operating PSI and held to confirm no creep, leaks or valve faults before the boat is signed off.
Pre-shipment photo pack
We receive factory photos of your actual boat before it leaves, so any issue is caught before freight, not after.
Final pack-list audit
Seats, bags, Bimini, pump and accessories are checked off against your configured package list before the carton seals.

Frequently asked questions
Why 20 HP on the Viper 400 Open Bow?
20 HP is the sweet spot — it planes 4–6 adults, sips fuel and stays inside the standard recreational licence bracket in most states. The hull is rated to 40 HP if you want more later.
Is this a carburettor or fuel-injected motor?
Straight carburettor 4-stroke — no electronics on the fuel system. Simple, reliable and serviceable anywhere in Australia. Manual pull-start (recoil).
Is the outboard short shaft or long shaft?
Short shaft (15 inch), matched to the Viper 400 Open Bow 380 mm transom. If you need long shaft, tell us in the notes at checkout.
What is the difference between the Open Bow and the Sovereign?
The Open Bow has an open forward deck — more usable space for fishing, dive gear and camping loads. The Sovereign has an enclosed bow and a heavier hull. Both are 4 m, both 1.2 mm VALMEX.
How is it shipped?
The boat and the outboard ship separately. Boat: delivery included in the price — express courier (DHL Express, FedEx or UPS), 7–10 days door-to-door after manufacture, freight, GST, duty and clearance covered. Hidea outboard: A$350 to capital cities, A$450 to regional Australia, price on application for remote NT, SA, WA and TAS.
Is oil included with the outboard?
No — Hidea 4-stroke fully synthetic oil (1 L) is A$60 as an add-on and is required for the first fill on a brand-new motor. Most owners add it at checkout.
What warranty applies?
5–7 years on the hull (VALMEX fabric and welded seams) and 5 years on the Hidea outboard. Full terms at /warranty.
Can I finance the package?
Yes — AMMF finance from around A$85/week on this package. Apply at /finance/apply or pick "Finance with AMMF" at checkout.
How do I inflate the hard AirDeck floor to 8–10 PSI?
