Why do I need a special inflatable boat trailer?

Standard roller trailers are designed for rigid hulls. Rollers concentrate load on a small patch of fabric and can chafe or deform an inflatable tube over time. This trailer uses marine-carpeted skids only, so the hull sits on a wide, soft, continuous support.

What size boats does it fit?

Any inflatable up to and including 4.0 metres — that covers the Viper, AeroCat, WaveRunner, Sport Series and Sprint RIB ranges. Over 4.0 m we will spec a larger trailer for you separately.

Is registration included?

Yes. The A$2,766.50 price includes GST and 12 months registration (trailer A$2,245.00 + A$224.50 GST, registration A$270.00 + A$27.00 GST).

How do I get the trailer?

You can collect it from the manufacturer at St Marys NSW, or we will arrange a delivery quote to your address. Trailer delivery is quoted separately because the cost depends on your location.

Can I choose the mudguard colour?

Yes — black or white plastic mudguards, your choice. Tell us at checkout or reply to your order confirmation.

Do you ship trailers overseas?

No. Trailers are sold and delivered within Australia only.

Can I add the trailer to a boat order?

Yes. Every eligible boat and package page has the trailer as an optional add-on, so it goes on the one order and arrives alongside your build.

Built for Australia — superior performance, uncompromised quality

The Boeing carpeted-skid trailer is a very high-quality boat trailer, and its marine-carpeted skids are designed specifically for AeroWave inflatable boats. Most trailers on the road are built for fibreglass and aluminium hulls. Rollers press hard points into an inflatable tube, and a keel-roller frame carries the weight in exactly the wrong place. This trailer is the opposite: skid-only, marine-carpeted supports that spread the load along the hull and let you launch and retrieve without grinding the fabric.

It is built here in Australia, hot-dip galvanised locally and assembled in Wetherill Park. Nothing on it is secondhand or ex-display — every trailer is brand new and supplied with 12 months registration included in the price.

Delivering across Australia's boating states

These trailers are being delivered all the time to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia — they are not just available around Sydney and the Central Coast. Wherever you are in those states, you can order with confidence: the normal lead time is around two weeks from order to a registered trailer ready for your boat.

Who it suits

Any Aerowave hull up to and including 4.0 metres — Viper, AeroCat, WaveRunner, Sport Series and the Sprint RIB tenders. If you leave your boat inflated in the shed between trips, this is what turns a 30-minute rig-up into a five-minute hitch and go.

You can collect it from the manufacturer at St Marys NSW, or we can arrange delivery to your address in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or South Australia — trailer delivery is quoted separately because it depends entirely on where you are.

Your boat fitted and ready to drive away

Sydney customers: the Boeing team at St Marys can take delivery of your new AeroWave boat directly from the manufacturer, fit it onto your trailer, and have the complete rig waiting for you — collect it from St Marys, hitch up, and drive home with your boat already on the trailer.

Interstate customers: the trailer can be delivered into Queensland, Victoria or South Australia, and you can collect it from the Boeing dealer or distributor there on any given day it becomes available. Even better — we can arrange for your boat to be sent directly to the distributor in your state, and they will fit it onto the trailer before you collect it, so you pick up the complete rig locally.

Interstate transport of your boat is arranged on request and quoted separately — that cost is payable by the customer.
