Drop the two split rear seats and the whole rig slides straight in — boat, high-pressure Air Deck floor, both aluminium bench seats, the oars, the under-seat bag, the Bimini (pulled apart and packed flat), the 22 PSI lithium pump, a small scud-type anchor and accessories, plus the outboard, fuel tank and life jackets. No trailer, no boat ramp queue. Pull up, carry it down, and you're on the water.

Use the lithium pump only for the first minute, until the floor reaches approximately 2–2.5 PSI. Then switch to the supplied manual pump to reach the recommended 8–10 PSI. Do not use the lithium pump for final AirDeck pressure; it will not bring the floor to 8–10 PSI. The lithium pump is suitable for the boat tubes, where the over-inflation valves control excess pressure.

Factory confirms hull colour, length, transom spec, floor type and fittings against your order before fabric is cut.
Fabric spec verification
We cross-check the VALMEX® GSM and thickness rating against the signed-off sample so the hull matches what was promised.
Seam and weld inspection
Every main seam, transom joint and chamber bond is pressure-tested and visually inspected before full inflation.
Transom and fitting stress check
Transom height, backing plate and motor-mount geometry are verified against the rated HP max for your model.
Chamber inflation test
Each air chamber is inflated to operating PSI and held to confirm no creep, leaks or valve faults before the boat is signed off.
Pre-shipment photo pack
We receive factory photos of your actual boat before it leaves, so any issue is caught before freight, not after.
Final pack-list audit
Seats, bags, Bimini, pump and accessories are checked off against your configured package list before the carton seals.

What motor suits the Viper 400?
The Viper 400 is rated up to 40HP short shaft. Outboard choice depends on load, usage and performance expectations.
Is delivery really included?
Yes — delivery is included in the price of every boat. Your boat ships by express courier (DHL Express, FedEx or UPS) door-to-door, up to 2 weeks after it is built. GST, import duty and customs clearance are all covered, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. The only extra is a flat A$300 remote delivery fee for a small number of remote Australian postcodes — that is our own charge for the extra road leg, not a courier surcharge. Is the Viper 400 good for fishing?
Yes. The stable catamaran platform, firm floor, rod holder mounts, secure layout and included wheels make it highly practical for fishing use.
What makes it better for Australian conditions?
Premium German VALMEX® 7321 Heavy Plus 1.2mm fabric, thermo-welded seams, over-inflation safety valves and Australian support all help suit real Australian use.
How do I inflate the hard AirDeck floor to 8–10 PSI?
